Not really retro but still. Now I finally have an NDS its time for people to recommend some games to me.

Get to work people.

The best game I have played so far is Rooms: The Main Building

Julia would probably say Crime Scene

Hiya,

Had great fun with Professor Layton and the curious village http://uk.gamespot.com/ds/puzzle/laytonkyoujunofushiginamachi/index.html?tag=result%3Btitle%3B1 , its well worth a look. Oh and dont forget Catan! lots of love. I know you love the boardgame so much. Have you considered getting a R4 card http://www.xpertron.co.uk/r4i-gold-card-for-nintendo-ds-ds-lite-dsi-dsi-xl-4gb-micro-sd-memory-card_p92.html, as they can be good for trying games?

Regards,

Vesp.

lots of love, I did try Catan but it was about as fun as the board game so got rid of it. Professor Laytons is awsome. There is a new one out now too called the Diabolical Box (Pandoras Box) depending on region.

As for the R4 card I do have one, purely to "Backup" my games you understand ;)

Julia would probably enjoy Hotel Dusk: Room 215 and Phoenix Wright/Miles Edgeworth/Apollo Justice games as they follow in the crime scene genre.

I'll prempt Pete and say Harvest Moon DS is awesome.

Dragon Quest IX: Sentinels Of The Starry Skies comes out on the 11/07/2010 and will probably claim my life for a good long while.

People should note that it is now illegal to sell R4 cards in the UK due to the potential for pirating games.

It is not however illegal to sell them in Hong Kong to people in the UK ;)

A game that I have ended up playing ALOT that I really didnt think I would enjoy is Pokemon. I have been playing Diamond whilst Julia has been playing HeartGold.

Lets just say I have enjoyed it enough that I may well BUY Pokemon Black and White when they are eventually released next year.

Black and White are good. I've only beaten the first gym, but they show promise ((Even though they aren't in English yet >.<))

Infinite space is an enjoyable rpg game.... is set in space (DUH) and you play as Yuri and you buy bigger and better ships to take out pirates and a giant evil empire
