For any of you "Builder" type people out there you should take a look at Minecraft.

http://www.minecraft.net/

For such a simple idea you will find yourself whiling away the hours doing everything from mining to building a huge BloodBowl Pitch.

Warning, this is not a game in the true sense of the word, it is total sandbox, do what you want, there is no objective.

If you want to muti-player then I am running a server. Simply connect to it from within the game by saying you want to connect to level10.org:443 I would only ask that you don't destroy anyone else's work.

For a quick start guide take a look at (http://minepedia.net/index.php?title=Minecraft_Basics) as you start with nothing and will need to craft essential equipment like a pick-axe, crafting station etc... There is a better wiki (www.minecraftwiki.net) but they are experiencing a hardware failure at the moment.

The sea shown is an approximation, relying on memory, so may not be entirely accurate.

It's only a proposed route, anyway - I would have asked first... :P

Very nice Server. I'm on this server: tylerdatazmin.dyndns.org:25565.

I made a working vending machine, use /warp vending, to get there.

I would suggest installing some anti-griefer systems in place, something like world guard would be fine otherwise griefers would have a great time destroying all your hard work.

Thanks for the advice Finn, we arent running a massive server only a few people know about it and as we dont advertise it anywhere other than here griefers are unlikely to find it.
