Hi all, thought this an appropriate place to catalogue My force details as they progress through the league and grow... mainly so I can keep track.

My starting force consisted of

2nd Lt - SMG 2 extra men SMGs

1st squad Glider squad. 10 man 9 rifles and a BAR LMG

2nd squad Glider squad. 10 man 9 rifles and a BAR LMG

Free American addon Bazooka team

Rolled extra's. 1 medium Mortar

1 medium tank

Jeep

Our first battle, wasn't so much as a war as a Misunderstanding over an American Airbourne Squaddy gaining himself a Piat and calling himself a bazooka man, the british Para's or Nick didn't take too kindly to it and a bit of a scuffle began..

The brits fielded

2nd Lt with 2 men

7 man Para unit, stubborn

7 man para unit, stubborn

2 Jeeps

10 man regular unit

Brenn carrier

Medium AT gun

It was pillows at dawn as all of the big hitters failed to actually hit anything the entire game, the highlight for the Yanks was Glider squad 1 shooting into a para unit on turn 2 and removing 5 guys. in return the Brits cut to pieces the second glider squad after they spent the first 3 turns going down due to their 1 pin from the preliminary bombardment. No units were wiped out and no vehicles destroyed however, only the brits grabbing back their Piat being the difference..


As a result Glider squad 1 ranked up to veteran

also the bazooka and jeep team also ranked up to vet, in spite of the fact they didn't actually get out of the Jeep, having failed their order test to come to the battle on turns 3 and 4..

The Yank force increased with a further Medium tank and a small AT gun.

1 Vet glider squad - was 10 man rifles with a BAR, not sure how they advance to vet yet. seeking clarification
