I played box rules necromunda for a lot of games... and my overlying memories was of my Cawdor gang (of huge bloat) getting utterly destroyed by spyrers of middling GV. And my redemptionist revenge :D

Redemptionists or van-saar for me if I could find the models.

but necromunda is proper cool regardless :)

I'll be checking out those rules asap.

To conclude and because I have been chatting with Gazza lots of love

I'm not playing blood bowl and that has released a bit of time for me to play some new games which was my target.

Warhammer: waiting for Karl and Steve to be ready, plus I could do with freeing up my battle board
Pike and Shotte: Waiting for paul and have my own troops to get on with in due course
Napolionics: Have some people in Rugby who I'm going to watch a game of soon hopefully, gotta paint troops for myself mind.
Hordes: Painting my troops along with the above and will be looking for games later in the year hopefully.

Ultimately they are my plans for the year but none ready at this point so ultimately i am free for games which people want to suggest.
Necromunda: I have a gang and enough imps to make a second proxy gang for a game if anyone is interested
Warhammer 40k: I am more than happy to play some 2nd ed with people if they are interested. If two people are interested I'm more than happy to do a story based campaign for them. Again I can supply what ever is needed.

I am not suggesting any of these be massively long term happy for a single game or a few linked battles over a few months or even a year.

I don't really want to be buying and painting for other new games but if there is a game I can easily proxy I'm happy to have a try. Any interest etc either pm me or post...... no time wasters lots of love

I would be interested in playing in a campaign.

Had a few thoughts.

Warhammer fantasy. I know youhave tons of ideas aand a campaign already worked out so that could be a goer if you were happy to brun it and we could get number's.

If you could demo pike and shotte and we have enough interest how about a civil war campaign based around here. After all our local area was a deciding point in the war.

The campaign I have for whfb is for two players not multiple. A more intersting campaign for whfb (imo) Is to have two sides which are made up of a collection of armies even the same then have a few battles which lead up to a massive final battle.
For example

Me -empire
Sparky -High elves
Steve -Dwarves
Gazza- Empire

verses

Matt- Dark elves
Jack- Chaos dwarves
Paul- Orcs and Goblins
Pete- orcs and Goblins

Pre battles effect the last battle in different ways, unit choices, arrival times etc. Problems are having the troops.

Happy to over see some pike and shotte but I have only read the rule book at this time and I'm painting the troops atm. I love the campaign based around the area and we can use a similar campaign formula as above.

Map campigns are genrally weak imo.

For me I would really like to get Bolt Action up and running this year and at the club being so local to me it would be just brilliant.

I would also be dead keen on Warhammer fantasy games be it a campaign or just single battles as I have found 8th edition a real joy to play. My Bretonnians are damn near ready to ride for the Lady in all their glory and this would give me the incentive to finish them off nicely. Look forward to hear more on this going forward.

So in summary:-
Bolt Action
Warhammer Fantasy
