There's part of Bestival, that seems to be family friendly. I know one of my customers took his two young daughters there and all had a good time

Latitude is good for families bit of a trek though.

Camp Bestival, also quite far

Bestival, not local

Shambala is apparently nice and is local

Feast in the Woods is a wild camping event run by a friend, but not really a big music festival

CarFest by Chris Evans, designed for families and men who like cars.

Check out Festival Kidz for their recommendations also.
