It's good, but is it better than 'Highway to Coventry'?

I don't think any individual Queen album is amazing. Probably the best is Kind of Magic.

Also I don't think greatest hits albums should count. It's one step away from that compilation I made myself.

RATM - RATM
Nirvana - Nevermind
The Libertines - The Libertines
De La Soul - 3 Feet High and Rising
Beastie Boys - Licensed to Ill

I guess so with queen, hard for me to pick albums I guess when I don't really care what album a track is from.

But the point of a good album is that it is well-crafted and can (and should) be enjoyed in its entirety. OP wasn't asking for favourite bands, or songs.

Sometimes I want to put music on random, but sometimes you need to listen to a good album start to finish (or seven albums in the case of Afterman Ascension, Afterman Descension, Year of the Black Rainbow, Second Stage Turbine Blade, In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth 3, Good Apollo I'm Burning Star IV, Volume One: From Fear Through the Eyes of Madness and Good Apollo I'm Burning Start IV, Volume Two: no World For Tomorrow).

I think the beauty of an album is taking that journey through the whole thing.

I hate albums on shuffle
