Just been chatting to Gazza about this one

For me it is a tie between two fantastic albums, both tell a story. Both very different.

Rumours- Fleetwood Mac

Absolutely perfect in every way. The music is great, the lyrics are about proper real life angst and situations between the band.

2112- Rush.

Masters of progressive rock, amazing musicianship by them all.

Tells such a cool story

Tells a story of how sad we really are...

I will go on most played and listened to... kind of an example of 'favourite' I guess

Alanis Morissette - Jagged little pill
Linkin park - Hybrid theory - I use this to keep me awake when still working at 5am :D

Jagged Little Pill is a superb album from start to finish.

I would have to go for In Rock by Deep Purple or Sabotage by the mighty Black Sabbath.

Big Question with no easy answer!
Astrocreep 2000 by White Zombie rates pretty highly although anything by Terrorvision rocks pretty hard.

I always struggle with something something EVER! questions because my taste changes over time and depending on mood.

Top albums for me recently include Random Access Memories from Daft Punk and the Pirates of the Caribbean IV soundtrack.

Also seems we've fallen into the habit of listening to Tubular Bells every Friday at work.

One of the few all killer no filler albums I own is Paul Simon's Graceland.

Not an album I even intended to buy, I got sent it when I was part of a CD club. Editors Choice or something. I didn't even listen to it for the first year I owned it. Paul Simon? Pfft, not likely.

But, it is an amazing album. I can listen to it start to finish and then put it on again. And again.

Radiohead - OK Computer
The Beatles - Abbey Road

My two favourites, of which I'll never get tired.

Lots of quality choices on here. I completely agree with pete. I find it impossible.

I listen to a huge mix including many mentioned here

I'd probably have to say The best of the Beatles. :lots of love:

But seriously ...... :lots of love:

Gladiator soundtrack (many parts are copied in the pirates soundtrack though i also love that too)
Conan the Barbarian soundtrack
Bach (on harpsichord)
Ziltoid the omniscient (devin townsend)
Battle Magic (bal-sa-goth)
Steadfast (Forefather)
The best of steeleye span
Covenant (Morbid angel)
Strange Loops (Mithras)
Paint the Sky with stars (Enya)
Master of puppets (metallica)

Emmas choices

Paint the sky with stars (enya)
Playing the angel (depeche mode)
ju ju (siouxsie and the banshees)
debut (bjork)
one (beatles)
Closer (joy division)
Sum and substance (the mission)
Inflammable material (massive attack)
Maxinque (tricky)

Great topic sure I'll think of plenty more later. lots of love
