Added a few more house rules - maiming, worsening wounds, botched healing, and restoring HP through the Heal skill in D&D.

These are on trial - if tyhey get in the way too much or make the game less fun, we'll ditch them.

In other news: I'm updating the religion section of the setting to include the Saints of Dionism, which opens up lots more deity, weapon and domain options for clerics. If you ever feel the need to invent a new one, just let me know.
Saints(R): for all your munchkin cleric needs.

Well, because of the backstory we came up with for our characters (myself a Cleric) in Jack's game, Daremonai and I found we needed to create a Saint. So here goes:

St Bellatarge - Patron saint of Refugees
Said to have led and protected hundreds of refugees out of the wartorn Borderlands just north of Ranellie, into the Delbarreich, safe from the Ty'itian threat. She used her only weapon, a Long Spear, as a pole for her tattered Standard, so that her travelling flock could always see her and follow her as she marched.
Many hospitals in border towns around the Delbarreich now bare her name, run by Clerics of Dio following her legacy of helping the weary, injured traveller from stricken lands.

Domains: Travel, Protection, Healing
Weapon: Long Spear
Alignment: NG

More saints, just for the Coventry of it.

Saint Bellesthane - the Scholar
Also known as Bellesthane the Indifferent, he is said to have ignored the Dionist wars and walked the length and breadth of Terrasia, gathering ancient and obscure knowledge, and spreading the teachings of Dio wherever he travelled.
Domains - Knowledge, Rune, Travel
Favoured Weapon - Quarterstaff
Alignment - N

Saint Calathes - the Hearthstone
Less notable in traditional history than the other Dionist Saints, Saint Calathes is credited with caring for those Delbarrians who lost homes or family in battle. The largest orphanage in Sudbar is dedicated to her.
Domains - Community, Creation, Good
Favoured Weapon - Carving knife (Dagger)
Alignment - NG

Ah, right - maybe I need to clarify: this whole saints thing is Dionist, which is the next door nation. The Gaultirans aren't into saints really. Gaultrians are more likely to make some hero into a god, and not worry about the saint thing at all.
