Could I have a quick show of hands (well votes anyway) as to who would be interested in a tournament on 9 May? It will be in the Steamroller format and I'm hoping to get some of the PP coins as prize support.

Could I ask that you indicate if you're interested, how many points you want to play and how much you're willing to pay? The points will be decided by how many players we have and the more people are willing to play the better the prize support/scenery will be. Any other suggestions please post here :D

Thanks

K

Edit: If anyone has any models they specifically want to get for the tournament could you let me know asap? If there are enough orders to make up a minimum order Steve may be able to get them in.

Guys if you're voting that you'd like to come could you also put in a quick post so I know who is interested? I'm not so worried about how you vote for points/price but I do need names for those wanting to play. Thanks :)

It was originally June but Steve had scheduled it for the same weekend as the UK Games Expo which I believe KayG will be working at. Every other weekend at the shop is booked apart from this one as this is when Steve (and some others, maybe me, I've not decided yet) are off to a show at Milton Keynes.

I'm one of the "maybes", by the way.

Hi Helen

I responded to the poll but then GVSteve pointed out that I was in MK tournament that weekend!! However Luke would like to enter the tournament and we might convince Connagh to as well. However Luke only has 350 or so points of Hordes....so does that mean he cant use it? My Cryx could be available for Luke and Connagh if smaller games are not allowed. I would like them to have the chance to play (Luke dead keen but needs some tuition from you beforehand as discussed, Connagh not spoken with yet) as Debbie will be running the shop that day for GCSteve.

Cheers

Nobby

Up to 8 players we should just about be able to squeeze in 750 point games (you'll just have to be v.quick with lunch etc), over that and we'll really have to scale it back to 500 points though. To give you a rough idea, the last big tournament I helped out with had 12 players, was at 500 points and it took two days.... 750 with 10 players in one day is a bit of a tall order sorry.
