Intrigued? You should be. Big news to come regarding Xmas Warmachine activities, as I will be proposing a little festive fun during the month of December. It will be open to all Warmachine players and even the non-Warmachine players if they care to join in the mayhem, all ages are welcome.

Watch this space as more details will be posted over the next 72hrs.

Ladies and Gentlemen.

Santa finds Xmas a bit of a stressful time, overloaded with preparation for the big day, the Elf's are behind schedule, the reindeer all need there pre-christmas jabs etc. So, to let off steam he visits the WarmaHordes universe for a bit of mayhem and carnage. He flies across the war-torn battlefields bestowing his gifts, on the armies fighting below.

Shamelessly copied from the Andover group, I am proposing games of WarmaHordes with 6-8 presents distributed across the battlefield for players to use to there advantage. Now, I hear you say, what on earth is in these presents? That is a good question, and it's simple really, this is where you come in. Your job is to come up with christmas themed objects within these parcels.

Example:

The Xmas Tree Baubles of Confusion. When opening the present with these in, the controlling player can throw them at any model (like a grenade) that is within range. Because Baubles are usually made of glass or sharp like plastic when they shatter, any living models hit by them can not be activated on your opponents turn due to the shielding of there eyes from the shards.

It may not be the greatest idea but you get the picture. Hopefully we can get a good dozen or so ideas and pick the best 6-8 gems in amongst them.

Now then, randomness. Because Santa is quite a bloodthirsty so and so, he took it upon himself to create Santa-jack. This 50mm based jack starts in the very centre of the board and is rolled for each turn and then moved it's full distance (6"?) in a random direction determined by the AOE scatter dice. He has a 360 degree arc of fire with no limit to it's ROF. So for example it finishes its movement within range of a Cygnar Gun Mage unit, an Ironclad jack and a unit of Bile Thralls. To save arguements he can shoot everything once. Obviously a little bit of development will be needed on this model.

Ideas, input, help, fluff writing and development will all be greatly appreciated. I hope to have the present contents decided on by at least the end of October as hopefully will the Santa jack be developed.

Anyway, look forward to everyones input.

There's got to be a huge Cracker Cannon. (This may or not explode on the person discovering it however if it is ignited correctly the unit that discovered the Cracker Cannon will also have to face the dire consequences of the Joke of Groan)

What about one present...

That gives the finder an actual present?

Gingerbread House's don't seem a very Christmas thing imo, I expect more impressive suggestions from you Raggy.
