... As well as huge robots kicking the ~@*& out of massive monsters! :D

Full of festive Christmas food (and by default fats, chemicals, e-numbers) and drink and having already exhausted the novelty of the new underwear I received from Santa, I've slipped into the usual post-Christmas 'meloncholy' a little earlier than usual. After missing out on this seasons 'Bloodbowl' related shenanigans (and really missing it mind... Even surprised me how much) I'm considering jumping on the expanding Warma-Roboty-Hordes of Creatures-type thing you guys seem to be getting so much of a buzz out of. Bearing in mind I drop things quicker than members of the current England Ashes Test side, and that due to the missus educational commitments I'm still unavailable for club nights on a Wednesday, I'm asking for a little 'input' from you 'Johnny Fives'.

Are there any factions that are currently under-represented in the group? If so, which would be ideal for a beginner... And on similar note are any of you 'veterans' willing to run through a quick tutorial game (or three!)?

Merry (what's left of) Christmas to one and all... I'm off back to the Port and mince pies! :lots of love:

Morning Sir Dean!

Demo game- Yes! Name a date and I'm yours.

Factions-

I wanna start this by saying that there are not really any factions that are more difficult than any others.

Perhaps, if anything mercs and minions are a tad trickier because their options are somewhat more limited.

Me
Alisdair
Finn

Cryx (bad guys)

Me
Adam

Menoth (crazy zealots)

Chris- The Lune (doesn't play much though)

Alex Rhodes (rarely plays due to being super cool ;) )

Khador (ww2 Russia)

Tom
Matt while (this week)
Beaumont.

Retribution (angry elves)

Sparky Dave
Adam

Mercs (different teems within the merc system, sort of like space marine chapters)

Tom- dwarves
Me- pirates
Steve- pirates
Paul cocks (prophaniti)

Hordes

Trolls

Dave

Circle (hippies)

Steve
Gazza

Legion (scary dragon dudes)

Matt

Mephiston (doesn't play here much)

Skorne

No one!

Minions

No one

Minions are super cool.

Lots of cool stuff and some cracking casters.

Yes, the mighty Russian Empire needs more hippies to kill.

Deano, play what you think is cool. http://vom-krieg.blogspot.co.nz/2012/02 ... de-to.html is quite interesting and gives a good insight into the factions.

Cheers for the advice guys... And the offers of help! I'll be messaging Jack and Sparkles about organising a quick run through. As for deciding on a faction...
