Still, Troy didn't die!!!! :)

Yep well done to chris and his orcs for blindsiding everyone and winning dungeonbowl 2013 with just a little help from stumbles (steve's) ghoul! And thanks to the players for getting it all done in 2 1/2 hours. Only letdown was no deaths but i think everyone had fun!

Chris' prize for winning the Dungeonbowl is that until the next one is played, opponents have to pay double to hire a Wizard against him, as long as he's playing Orc'Estrated Madness of course. Changing teams would lose him the benefit.

The Board looks

AMAZING

As with all of these things though, what would you do to improve it?

More Special Rules?

Bigger Crazier Dungeon?

Great end to the season.

Many thanks Paulus.

Great dungeon and good rules tweaks to make it work.

Well done to the Lune.

The main idea's were for everyone to get involved and to balance the ag/bash element, and for it to be playable on a club night!
Well by turn 3 everyone was involved, having fun, and as we only had 5 players make it we finished in 2 1/2 hours!(including explaining it to steve)
So roughly 30mins per player.
Minor suggestions post game were exits only open if you are holding the ball,(one of my blitzers got pushed out his own exit by a gang of elves) and for passing to be limited to quick/short passes only. (However this might slow down play by a couple of turns.

Would consider playing it again as a friendly in the new year just for a laugh!

If it is playable in a single club night then it makes it viable to run every season.

Sounds like there was much more ball play than the fight I called DBowl. Something I always wanted to encourage. Good job

Thumbs up from me.

Could stay the same format for invites and you could also have a cup compettion as well as it may not be the same teams in both.

I agree, I think other than that job is a good one.... :D

thanks again Paul

Really well designed and brilliant board. I'm not sure I'd change much at all. Passing to be fair did not tempt to be a long distance and clamping down on range would not have changed much (additional go for it for my orc). I thought the number of chests was great. I would suggest that the barriers should not be able to block off a whole quarter of the board.

I enjoyed the different approaches taken by everybody and it would have could easily have gone in favour of any of them at one stage or another of the game.

Looks great nice to see a time reduction. 2 n half hours ..... Thats faster than any of my games lasr season. Matts definatly cheating in one of those shots. I'd be intetested in a game of it with the gettes.
