When playing a League match you will be required to fill out a "Match Report". These will be available from Steve at the shop or you can download your own from here and fill that out as you play.

It is the responsibility of the person who won the match to ensure that the details are entered to the website. If they choose to they can let the person who lost the match enter the results but it is still the responsibility of the person that won.

If the match is not entered it time then it will be awarded as a draw with 1 x MVP each unless there are reasons approximating the severity of Nuclear War.

In the case of an unentered draw it will simply be awarded as a draw with 0 x MVP for the person who was supposed to enter the match and 1 x MVP for the other player.

Once the game is completed you will be required to log the match online, this can be done by...
Log onto the League Management Website.
Click on "Tournaments".
Expand the relevant league by clicking the [+/-] beside the appropriate division.
Click "Edit" beside the match you have just played. You can only edit matches that you have played in.

You will now be presented with the Data Entry sheet for that match.

Fill in all fields as appropriatly as you can by using the "Match Report" you have already filled out.

Thanks

Stuart, you fail at filling in the online match report :P

You never input the "Total Team CAS"

And you managed to Kill 20 of my players, the problem being I only have 12 :P

Also I have had to remove the Test Tournament it seems that any stats added to players arent removed when the game is deleted.

Sorry but I guess peoples practice runs and game entry will be done with game 1 of the season. If you have any problems then you can always PM me ont he forums and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

I have replaced the Match Report form with a new one that includes a couple of extra boxes.

One for your FAME modifier, even though you dont enter it on the website you calculate it at the beginning of the game and use it at the end.

And another to note down who wins your MVP award.

Changed the form again to add fields to note down any inducements that the underdog team has. The form is now double sided, as always forms are on the notice board in the vault should you forget to bring one to your game.

RE: Hardcopy Match Report Forms

Who do we hand off the completed match record forms to? Got my last game's one with me at the moment until I can get over to the shop and hand it in. Perhaps having a post match form submission envelope in the rooms would be a good idea - then we could just simply stick them in for collection.

Plus, its likely that we will run out of space for noting down Touchdown scorers, successful Completions/Interceptions, and Injury achievers. Should we simply add another sheet with the details on?

You only need to keep the paper copy for your use as you need to enter the details of the game onto the website (see the first post in this thread). If you need a hand with entering your first game then bring the form with you to the shop and Steve or myself can go through it with you on the laptop there.

Thanks,

Harroguk

OK, think that I got that done right. Let me know if it's not entering online correctly.

For those event-happy teams out there, I've put together an alternative match report form that has extra space for recording TDs CPs and Cas.

I'm not going to be printing any of these off to give away at the shop though, so if you want to use it, you've got to print it.

Next season the match report screen will change to the one pictured in the first post. Please have a look through this and make sure you are comfortable with all the boxed.

The big change is that when you make "Skill-Up rolls" these are now tracked and will provide you with a more accurate list of skills in the drop down, this should help prevent people picking skills they arent entitled too.

Thanks

OK, got another one for you Lee (you love these, I know you do).

Total Casualties Do we include all casualties that our team has suffered during the match here? IE: Do we include any injuries that came about from Fouls, Pitch Invasions, Spells, Secret Weapons, failed GFI/Dodges, etc? (Basically any injury caused by something that doesn't count as a SPP-earning Casualty result, as only the injuries are logged here, not the causes of them?)

Previously we have only been counting SPP causing injuries in this however it does seeom to lead to some confusion so I will simply say All CAS (BH, SI and KI) are counted regardless of whether you did it to yourself (i.e. GFI) the crowd did it (i.e. Pushed into them or Pitch invasion) your opponenet did it (i.e. Blocked you, Stabbed you, Fouled you).

Count everything. Be careful with your players :P

As the season begins I just wanted to highlight a couple of things that people may have forgotten.
