200 points (with some restrictions). Average 10 man space marine unit is not far off 200 points as an example.

The linky Sir Thomas has provided looks very interesting, and could well provide some great kill teams as well as everything else no? (haven't read the entire thing yet)

Are we likely to use this?

It certainly does! These are just what we need; Campaign rules look spot on and i like the fact some 2+ save models are available unlike other versions ive read!
Think i'm gonna get a copy of these printed off for playtesting! Is everyone else happy to use these rules?

I like the Deathwatch rules which are more fun than using Sternguard. If we use these then I will build to these rules instead as I'm unlikely to ever want to play in an official tournament which uses GW rules.

Exactly! this is way more fun looking. I like the necromunda-esque advancement and requisitioning to build the kill teams/special weapons ect.

In the interest of fairness i may need someone to look over the 'loyalist fallen' codex that me and mick(kendallgolum) wrote for the aurora campaign to see if im allowed to build my kill team from it! (They are 10000 years old after all, so dex da isnt gonna quite work for me)

On a side note adam do you want any sanguinary guard heads/shoulderpads/weapons for your killteam? Also have 4 x mk3 jump packs if anyones interested!
