I note Mr Sparkles that in neither of the threads have you put a deadline on your own work :)

The pledge is then broken down into 10 equal chunks to be completed each month over the course of a year.

"Hang on - that doesn't quite add up"

Indeed. I'm fully aware that we all have lives outside of gaming, which may interfere in our abilities to complete a painting project. As a result, each entrant will have two "Get out of painting free" cards, which will be used in any month where you don't complete five points. However, if you have less than two of these cards and you paint ten points or more in a given month, then you'll earn one back.

;)

2000 points breaks down fairly comfortably into 200 point chunks :D

Ok so i made the stealer hybrid from my pledge list and sent it off to the gonk machine to get it to match the rest of the crew, so i painted the captain myself instead. ( Cheers for the bitz adam they were spot on!)

4 more than me. Although when you realise that the tank kit I'm doing has about 120 pieces just on the lower hull and tracks I don't feel so bad. It's in my June pledge and I have a commission piece to fit in as well as the other models I pledged!

I pledge (hopefully) to finish all troops for my Bolt Action. That is 2 x LMG crews, 2 x NCO's, 1 x MMG crew, 1 x Medic and 6 ordinary soldiers. Will post up on here every so often with a progress report.

Steve, my consolation is that you generally view figures from 2-3 metres! Plus I generally play in a semi-lit basement, it makes me feel better about my painting
